Kate has built her career helping organisations achieve sustainable growth through strategic growth, market expansion and trusted client relationships. She brings extensive experience leading complex organisations, driving commercial performance and building high-performing teams across legal services, workforce solutions and professional services. Kate is recognised for her ability to identify emerging opportunities, navigate complex stakeholder environments and create partnerships that deliver long-term value for clients and organisations alike. Her experience spans executive leadership, strategic planning, commercial operations, marketing, government engagement and revenue growth.
Before joining Aurelia Legal, Kate led a national portfolio of businesses encompassing migration legal services, workforce strategy and diversity consulting, working with government agencies, local government, universities and major employers across Australia.
