Skilled Visas

There are three types of Skilled Migration Visas

Subclass 189 – Skilled Independant Visa

This Permanent Residency Visa is meant for Professionals who have the skills and experience which is in demand in Australia. For qualifying for this visa, you need to have your occupation on the MLTSSL and you need to have a minimum of 65 points.

Subclass 190 – Skilled Nominated Visa

This Permanent Residency Visa is meant for Professionals who have the skills and experience which is in demand in Australia and have been invited by one of the states or Territories of Australia to apply for his visa. For qualifying for this visa, you need to have your occupation on the STSOL and you need to have a minimum of 65 points.

Subclass 491 – Skilled Work Regional Visa

This Provisional Visa is meant for Professionals who have the skills and experience which is in demand in Australia and have been invited by one of the states or Territories of Australia to apply for his visa. For qualifying for this visa, you need to have your occupation on the STSOL and you need to have a minimum of 65 points. This visa is grated for 5 years and once granted you can apply for Permanent Residency after 3 years.
